Prolific Burglar Arrested

Police have arrested a prolific burglar who was caught in possession of stolen goods. He has been remanded in custody and will appear in court.

This arrest is a positive step in keeping our community safe, and officers continue to work hard to tackle burglary.

Residents can also help protect their homes by:

Locking doors and windows, even when at home.

Keeping valuables out of sight.

Using timers for lights if you’re away.

Reporting any suspicious activity to police straight away.
